- Hosting: All user data is stored on secure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) servers. GCP implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
• Access Control: Only the Database Administrator has access to user data for maintenance and security purposes.
• No Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services at this time.
• Authentication is handled by Auth0, which adheres to strict security and privacy standards.
5. Account Deletion Requests
- Users may request to delete their account at any time by contacting us at crumpcrm@crump.tech.
• Account deletion requests are processed manually.
• Once deleted, all associated user data is permanently removed from our systems.
